      Purchased a V11 Procolor UV/DTF that was over $6k. Put it together and it didnt work. Had to go through financial company to get them to admit to a refund after spending 2 1/2 months working with the manufacturer tech support because the merchant told me I had to and that they do do returns within two weeks of receiving the machine. They told me the manufacturer was going to refund me RMA the machine which Affirm said was not true. Neither the merchant or manufacturer have done either, meanwhile Im still paying for a machine 4 months later that still ****** work and has never worked,

      Match 13, 2024 $5,723.49 ************************** my husband and I open up the printer. We notice that there were excessive scratches on the printer. I took photos and sent it to Swing Design. **************** told me it shouldnt affect the performance. I told customer service you exactly dont know that. The printer has excessive damaged. I was offer inks for the cosmetic damaged, I told no due to u purchase ink sets already, than I was offered additional vinyl. I said no thank you. Than customer service mention that they will contact with ******. After a week almost I was told to wax. It. According to ****** and t should help. I told them I didnt pay for a cosmetic printer. They told me they dont do returns on certain items due to it was a special order. I didnt special order the printer I didnt really understand exactly what they meant. I looked up the return policy. It tells me that if there any issues to contact them with 7 days. Well I did that. They told me it was cosmetic damaged but they dont want to exchanged out. They just want to offer me one ink sets. I doht agree with that. I spent a lot of money on this printer. Doesnt say it will come with cosmetic damages. I paid for a brand new printer and not a damaged one. After going back and forth with nonsense. They told me they resolved the situation and closed the case.

      I purchased a siser ***** 24 cutter back in August **************************************** its still new. I called the company in they told me if it was not out of the box they could refund it. I also told them I would just take credit because I buy from your company all the time. I do know I have a friend send hers back in they sold it as refurbish with no problem. I also seen on there website where they are selling refurbish units all the time. So my point is I will never use it in I paid $649.99 if they could have taken it back if wasn't out the box why cant they take it back. I still have the box it came in. I just want them to make it right. I am a loyal shopper with this company. The gentlemen on the phone said his boss said to sell it on market place. I ask to speak with his boss in was told i couldnt speak with him. To me that not right the his boss couldnt talk with me in he said he tried to get his boss to let me return it. I dont believe he talked to a manager because he was back on the line with me with in one miuntes.
