    Sorry if I offend anybody buy I wrote it specifying exactly the coins I had (TPGS/grade assigned) was contacted immediately for a ballpark figure, gave them one and they were professional enough to inform me, with unexpected sensitivity, why they could not meet my expectation, made a credible counter-offer (with wiggle room which I declined to accept, and felt privileged to conclude the sale with no further discussion. They left shipping options open to me, and was amused the check they dispatched immediately, uninsured. (I sent them several encapsulated coins, uninsured, as is my practice. It turns out they and I both used the discreet mail moniker, NE.MY SALE WAS FLAWLESS IN EVERY RESPECT. THEIR CUSTOMEE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. To my knowledge, everything transpired via e-mail, with no talk or personal contact. I shopped around to find a suitable buyer and I am honored to say their simple, down-home, courteous approach, knowledgeability about my coin series and the current market validated my choice. I would like to thank those on the ************** who brought this concern to my attention by sharing their positive experiences and also wish to thank *** for the impeccable white-glove service he accorded me.
