Good morning, Hello, to whom this may concern I just received a disturbing call from my son's teacher today March ******* around 9 am about a pill found inside a Welch's fruit snack in a new pack he had just opened. The unknown pill was molded inside the fruit gummy and could have easily been consumed by my child and could have caused a life-threatening outcome. I am very traumatized to receive a call from my child's school about a dangerous substance found inside a kid's snack. I purchased these fruit snacks from ***** Club in the bulk family-size pack around two weeks ago and was very disturbed that this pack was contaminated with other unknown substances due to a pill being found. I will attach pictures of what I received from the school and what was found inside the fruit gummy. I expect to hear from someone in corporate regarding this dangerous situation my child was put in.

I purchased a Welch's fruit drink from a chain grocery store in *******. The drink was not drinkable. Poor, artificial taste. I buy fruit drinks made by this company regularly, but this one was simply terrible. I called the customer service number on the 64 oz bottle and spoke to an ****** in ***********. I explained to her clearly the issue -- that the drink did not taste right and seemed artificial altogether vs. fruit taking. She then started lecturing to me in an imperial fashion that it wasn't a fruit juice but a cocktail with sugar and other things added. I told her that I realized that, but it was still a fruit-based product. The simple call became contentious, and she seemed to bully and talk down to me. When I tried to explain my feelings, she wrongly said I was bullying her. How absurd. I was just speaking up and defending myself against this unsavory person who just didn't get the simple matter. She didn't want to see it from a consumer's viewpoint. This seemed unnecessary, and I expressed that to her. I asked for an apology, and she said she would. She didn't, so I asked again. But she never did. She refused to embrace her lack of clarity and care. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said it could not be arranged then. I told her I could wait for a callback. I'm not sure she will request this, and that I will receive a coupon for a replacement product. This should not have been so troubling and handled so poorly. ****** should be coached to understand that she came across as unfriendly, uncaring, and nearly argumentative. I would like to speak on the phone with a more senior and professional person from the company.

I bought a Welch's mango/passion fruit drink from the Dollar Store on 11/16/2023 for $2.99. After putting it on the table I noticed some things floating at the bottom of the bottle. It was disgusting as I had drunken a sip. I flushed it out and it longed like worms. I had diarrhea on night. Generally, this product is good, So I don't know what happened in the processing of this product. The number of the product was WLA ***** 2022, Proof of purchase 41800-34610. You cannot process drinks in this manner as it is a company defect toward the public.
