    They give you the option for self-pay or to file through insurance. Since my deductible had already been met, I chose to file through insurance. I already paid $99 which is what you have to pay in addition to whatever amount insurance supposedly covers. Well, what they fail to tell you is that they are out of network with most insurance carriers. I wound up being charged $402 in addition to the $99 I already paid because it was considered out of the network. The irony is that the self-pay charge was $200 or so which would have been much cheaper. Unfortunately, they will not adjust for this after 15 days post service. What a waste of time and money as I already knew I had the bacteria that the test was for. This company along with ************************* companies are all scams who just take money away from hard working citizens. Our healthcare system is such a disgrace.

    This is a completely fraudulent company. I submitted for breath tests from them which took 5 months to ship. They harrassed me daily on the phone saying the insurance company had told me to pay them via credit card - this was a complete lie. I called the insurance company which said to in no way shape or form pay them myself and they would handle. Without authorization, they still charged my card for hundreds of dollars. This company provides no value and tries to scam you into false payments.
