    March/April Installation of Gate Operator on Driveway Gate November 2024 still don't have an operating gate and it has been a safety issue now while being pregnant not having a gate that opens and we have to take the time to manually remove arms and open gate ourselves.We have been emailing with the company continuously for the last 9 months and get nowhere with them, they are unprofessional, sexist and straight out ignorant and believe they don't need to won their work We signed a contract in December for a *** gate operator and they installed a $3,000 cheaper Lift master and tried to get away with charging us the full price.They wont honor the warranty and honestly its not a warranty yet because we have never had an operating gate.We are now looking to proceed with a different company and are refusing the pay the remainder that they want which is equivalent to the *** not the Lift master operator which we are not paying for a product we didn't sign a contract for. We have given them multiple chances to 1. come install the proper FAA operator and we will pay them in full or 2. pay them a lower amount to come fix the cheaper lift master operator they installed or 3. come take the lift master operator and refund us our money but we get no responses and no help

    Mrs ****** was a rude,exteremly hard person to work with , we went out of our way to please her , this is the second complaint that she filed over the same job, we responded to the first complaint also, we are not working at her properety any more
