    9/26/21 i hired excel paving co ************************* to pave my drive way had a problem next day with paving lifting in one spot reached out said he will be over in a week to fix never called or came .reached out in spring noticed walk way is cracking and curbing is falling apart sent pictures .He responded will be out in a couple weeks waited never came .Sent final warning letter on July 14 2022 he responded no need will be out in a couple days he never called or showed up .I paid him in full the sum of $12,900.00 in full with his word on fixing all the problems ...All i want is to either come fix what they did not do properly .I have giving him almost a year to fix enough is enough not fair i paid him in full and he never fixed the Drive way, walkway , or curbing Job was never done properly from day one

    I filed a complaint with bbb a few months ago excel Paving started to pay me back **** so far it like pulling teeth ***** the owner sent me a text saying that his partner ***** s**** up with what I had asked him to do. I am not very happy with the BBB and the ATTORNEY general office why are you there. You people did nothing for me what is your purpose how can this business get away with s******* people and nothing I s done about it. Because he won't answer his phone nothing happens to him. Why can't you go to his business this is ridiculous. I need help to get my money back this company should not be able to business to RIP people off. Excel Paving is a horrible company.
