      I brought my kitten in on November 18th 2024 for an emergency. She ended up having emergency surgery. The ** contacted me to tell me what needed to be done and the cost. I was distraught and unsure how I would come up with the funds when the ** told me they had a donation fund they can look into using and asked me to get down the the clinic right away if I wanted to see the kitten prior to surgery, before getting there **** called me to tell me the ** misspoke and I don't qualify for the funding and to figure it out on my own, explained I don't know what to do and she said I don't know what to tell you, I explained its not my fault the ** misspoke and **** stated to apply for financing I explained I don't think I can and she hung up. After finding a solution they went ahead with the procedure (which they refused to do until paid in full even though this kitten was extremely sick with is so unethical and wrong) My kitten had a very rough recovery and each time I had to speak to them the staff was so rude and the ** was very dismissive to the point I requested to see another ** **** was wonderful) but at that time the kitten was treated for an infection she did not have and the medication made her very ill I then 2 1/2 weeks later received a letter that we were dismissed from the practice stating I was displeased which I never came out and said I only requested a new ** which I am in my rights to do. I spoke to the office manager who laughed at me and stated good luck when I stated I was perusing this matter further as well as she declined to explain why a dismissal in care, there a procedure in doing so. Front desk staff has lied and said there were issues that never happened and there is no grounds for dismissal. If anything they are at fault for medicating a kitten who did not need it and only got worse after I spend almost $3,500.00 with in their practice. They are money hungry and only care about their own pockets. Owners are not given respect very unprofessional
