    Experience was awful and I DO NOT recommend due to multiple issues. Spring 2021, I met with the owner of this company and was requesting a quote for a patio under my back deck. I have a walk out basement and I explained that the patio needed to be pitched right so that rain water would not collect against the house. I was assured they knew what to do so when installing the patio it would not be an issue. Upon finishing the patio I noticed the pitch was not done correctly and my fear of the rain collecting near the house was happening. I called the company and they said not much they could do but to add a drain in the center of the patio. I was not impressed with this but allowed them to execute a drain. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem but after all the back and forth I was so frustrated I just left as is. This year I had a different landscaping company come by for a landscaping quote. They immediately mentioned to me that pitch was wrong on the patio and I must be getting water collecting in the very spot I mentioned to Furtado. They offered to fix it along with adding the landscaping. They removed the patio and noticed there was no sand underneath the pavers. They placed the pavers directly on the crushed stone. They also put a poured cement border around the pavers which hindered grass from growing. I called Furtado and they said they have a different method and do not use sand, however I explained my quote I did pay for the sand. I am writing this review to let others know to be aware of this company. Not only did they not do the job correctly they charged me for supplies not used and when asked they back peddled giving me multiple excuses on why. Also, the drain was put in against a rock and this is why the drain didn't work. They are claiming that the patio is on the lowest part of my yard and it will always collect water. I wish I could submit video/photos here to show. Since the patio was redone by the other company, I no longer have this issue.
