      He is horrible. He took money from me when he wasn't supposed to take it because I had a fee waiver and that was back in February of 2022 and today is October 2nd 2023 he still hasn't performed the service I asked him for. The service that took another Constable 4 hours to do and ***** blew me off since day one made up excuses and lies about why he couldn't write up an affidavit or why he couldn't send it to the court. Also I missed a court date because of him and I also almost had my divorce and custody hearing dismissed because of him. Also my mother passed away I needed everything to be served so that I could get my children passports and had he served who I needed him to serve my case would have been done and over with and I would have been able to get my kids passports to go to my mother's funeral overseas. I'm disgusted that he is even still practicing. He should not be allowed to take anyone's money he should not be allowed to supposedly work. I've already heard about six people complain about him. They will all at the probate office filing complaints. And I spoke to another Constable today he told me that ***** is awful and he really should be charged. I have many many emails in many many phone call logs that I saved and I am sick and tired of someone like him taking advantage of people that are in a bad situation like myself. I feel taken advantage of and used and robbed. I feel like you stole from me because he said he wouldn't give me back my money and he has never done a **** thing. So I want him discredited
