For update on ******* mower please contact ***** customer service at ************. ******* RECALL replacement mower warranty claim # ******** was approved on 2/18/25 and will be shipped directly to him. Once approved we have no shipping time frames or tracking as that is handled by Ryobi.

We are only a contracted service center for ******
As for ********** I have no idea what he's referencing.
In order to process the Recall we have to disable and dispose of his original mower per Ryobi.

We do have his (2) mower batteries boxed and will ship them back to him.
