    On March ****** I went to this business to have my electrical diagnosed and fixed. I spoke with the owner ***** and he said he will have the electrician onsite look at and FIX the issue for the amount of $330. I waited there for a few hours believing my car was being fixed, then the owner asked for payment and it wasn't until after that I came to the realization that they charged me the whole price and didn't fix the issue with the car. I believe I should have been charged half of the amount which would be $165 , because the issue wasn't fixed like he said it would be. He then said he would continue to check it if I payed an additional $479, I declined because he told me $330 would be the price to diagnose and fix the issue, plus I'm on a fixed income and I DONT have that type of money, in fact the money I used was for another bill. I needed my car fixed to transport my children to and from school as well as other important things. I was taken advantage of due to me being a disabled woman and not having any knowledge of the cars issue. I trusted them to give good service and they took advantage of me.

    Customer came to the shop and requested to check a loud noise coming from the exhaust system. The customer was explained that there is a cost of $99.99 to check the vehicle for the issue. The customer signed the repair order authorizing us to check the vehicle which is clearly stated the cost to check is $99.99 (see attached repair order). After getting ok from customer tech brought the vehicle inside and checked the vehicle and found that the center muffler with clamp needed to be replaced. The customer was shown the work needed under the vehicle and they declined the repair. The customer paid the diagnostic fee which she authorized earlier to check the vehicle and the customer was given the receipt (see attached invoice), and left with the vehicle.

    I did not come to the shop to get my muffler checked it was an electrical issue that they said they would charge $330 to diagnose and fix. They were unable to diagnose the issue but try to charge me another $479 and this was told to me after they took my payment. The explanation they gave above is not accurate or true at all

    Customer came to the shop and requested to check electrical issues with their car. The customer was explained that there is a cost of $330 to check the vehicle for the issue. After getting ok from customer the technician brought the vehicle inside and checked the fuses, battery connections, and grounds. The technician also checked the modules in the car and found that the vehicle has no communication with multiple modules. The customer was advised of the issues with the car and declined further diagnostics. The customer paid the diagnostic fee which she authorized earlier to check the vehicle and the customer was given the receipt (see attached invoice), and left with the vehicle.

    The heavenly father will deal with these people, they are crooks with no conscience or empathy at all. He said he will diagnose and fix the problem for$330. He knew he wasn't going to fix the issue. He knew he over charged me, when you go to the ***** dealer place they only charge you $199 to diagnose any problem. These people are crooks and thieves

    They charged me $100 just to look at my car something I had already told them what was wrong I was only supposed to get an inspection they did nothing to my car but look at it and told me what I needed on my car and I had already told them that I need it those things on my car.

    Went in for an inspection they told me I needed 2 new front tires only because they told me that my back tires were in great condition in fact guy said they had 60% life left and he also said they were in great condition... 2 days later, I walk out with 4 trashed tires so they took my good tires from the back and put cheap ones with gouges all over/or worse they purposely gouged them... ************ is 100% a scam company. My tire pressure light came on immediately after leaving. I took pictures within 1 hour of my changing my tires (I was late and had to run to a meeting because they said it took 25 minutes to change 2 tires yet almost 1 hour later and I'm still waiting... What the manager doesn't know, I know all my tires extremely well because I hand wash them 3-4x a week every single week for years... The tires AAA put on my vehicle today are not almost new and they are not in good condition at all. In fact their completely unsafe.These people left me with an UNSAFE vehicle to operate after STEALING not only my money, but also my good tires from the back as well. When filling the complaint I can see it's not the first time they pulled the same scam... I can also see that this company doesn't even care to rectify complaints. I am requesting a refund because there's no way to get my original tires back that they stole and they didn't do what we agreed on. Which was we agreed to change the front 2 tires only and with tires that were in great condition that were almost brand new - according to them. I agreed to pay 200 for 2 front tires in great condition that are almost new. I walked out with 4 trashed tires. That are unsafe.

    False :CUSTOMER REQUESTED DISCOUNT OF $20 OFF THE ****** WHICH DISCOUNT WAS GIVEN TO CUSTOMER AS SHOWN ON SIGNED RECEIPT BY CUSTOMER.I was told it was 200 up front I didn't ask for a discount of $20.. in other BBB complaints the customer said the exact same amount 200... So that's their price. They told me 200 for ALMOST NEW EXTREMELY GREAT CONDITION ******.. they lied. 

    False: PICTURES UPLOADED BY CUSTOMER ARE SHOWING ***** ON HER REAR TIRES WHICH SHOP DID NOT TOUCH OR REPLACE IN ANY WAY. Im the shop doesn't know my reality I have pictures of my car for various reasons including pictures from adjusters for accidents. the rear driver side  tire says  tiger claw and now it's the same type of tie as the front 2 actually! I'll upload that proof too. 

    False: BEHIND HER CAR AND OBSERVING WHOLE PROCESS WHILE TECHNICIAN WAS CHANGING FRONT ****** REAR TIRES WERE NOT TOUCHED OR REMOVED FROM CUSTOMERS VEHICLE. WHAT CUSTOMER IS ACCUSING ********************** IS COMPLETELY FALSE AND UNTRUE. They are liars. I went outside to rush the guys to put on the last tire because they took 45 min's just for 2 tires. And the front driver side was flat they didn't even fill it with air. So obviously they aren't good at their real jobs... Just good at lying and ripping people off. 

    False: ONE THING MAY BE CUSTOMER DON'T KNOW THIS FACILITY IS UNDER 24 HOUR CAMERA SURVEILLANCE. WE WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF THE CUSTOMER CONTINUES TO MAKE FALSE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST AAA AUTO TECH. I'm not making false claims. You are AAA Auto and this is not the first time you've had this same exact complaint of doing people off when they asked for an inspection and you still tires for 200. 

    Another tire shop down the street in ****** said 120 for 2 used tires is reasonable. All the tires have marks and glitches and you did definitely rob me as well as act rude and you even lied about getting the work done within ***** min's. It doesn't take 45 to change 2 tires... It took you that long because you stole my good tires from the back. 

    At the least be honest. I told the guy I had to get to my client and he assured me he would get me out in time and lied. If you were an honest business you wouldn't have lied about everything. At that point, I stood outside in THE PARKING LOT at the end telling the guy to hurry up he only put 1 tire on it was the passenger front. The driver front didn't even have enough air. All the tires are trash and I'll have to replace them all. 

     

    I wonder if your camera caught you gouging my tires on purpose... Let's check ??

     

    People are allowed to discuss their experience. Your the lists not me. I'm expressing my experience as it was horrible and now I'm worse off after over paying you 200 for crappy tires that you lied about telling me they were almost new. 

     

    I didn't see you address that fact. You lied and said the you're we're almost new then put trash on my car style my good tires and have me back my car with very little air in the front driver which CAN DAMAGE MY RIM!!!!

    I stand behind my initial complaint and it's easy to see here that I'm not the only one they did the exact same thing to. I don't think they should keep being allowed to get away with this. I won't ever go back there because of how I was treated throughout the entire process from walking in the door to now. I should get the refund I'm entitled to. I stand behind that as well.
