    A friend of mine recommended this firm and the work seemed fine at first. until they started doing finish work i was promised PVC trim i got MDF. they installed a door latch incorrectly or ordered the wrong one. a window was installed such that it won't close. and finally, the caulking they used to seal the windows/doors is starting to fail. i have been asking for months for someone to come out and rectify the issues. and today i was chastised and called profane names because i pointed out the deficiencies in detail and suggested that i was going to make this report unless the items were fixed. well guess what...

    I was recommended by a friend to look at the porch and windows to be replaced.  I gave an estimate I explained about a lot of rot but they didn't want to fix the porch they just wanted to dress it up with there budget all windows and storm door was purchased from *********** we framed and cocked and that was it. Tested all windows before leaving. They call a year later saying the window didn't close and caulking is peeling. I expressed I would send the contractor out they then expressed for me to know that they did work around the windows like adding window trim and apron. I  expressed we went thru the inspection last summer. Anyhow I hesitated as to send anyone because they've worked around them windows and waited a year to tell me about a window that don't close when they all locked, and closed easily as they did the day we went over what was done we shakes hands and they gave me a check.

    I expressed the job that needs doing and they expressed what was important to them currently which was just changing windows and frame. These clients made attempts to play scams after the work was completed they expressed they thought we was going to change the door frame and kick plate then I explain that the husband said no and then the wife would say but we paid for that and when I show them the estimate of work she says oh. As for the locking mechanism on the storm door we didn't make no special order for storm door the screen door was purchased in stock at ********** I expressed the key goes in that way he wanted me to have the lock rotated I expressed this is how the key is used I can't change that I can return it but they wanted to keep the door so we walked to two neighbors doors and looked at there storm doors which was the same but he was convinced the  manufacturers was stupid.     ck he can do better with his hands and that they going to report me and I will never find work again if I don't come fix the problems that wasn't there and again when I expressed I'm sending someone out to look at the work they expressed work they've since done around the windows themselves.
