    I was working with the buisness owner *********************. We agreed on using his space on March 22nd from 8pm-2am. He was our main contact. We agreed together on a price of $1750. This included a $500 deposit. We made this agreement three months in advance of the date of our event. ***** and I spoke 3 times before the event to confirm the time, what was allowed and not allowed, and ironed any other questions out of the before the date. The event took place and ***** was away due to surgery. His team was left in charge. During our event his team leaders came up to me and to announce last call at 11:30PM and that our event was ending at 12AM. I argued that the owner allowed us to stay till 2AM but they said they were told different. ***** had charged me for a alcohol license that he didnt even have. He charged me for security, but one of his security guards harrassed my wife the entire event. I invested money into food, drinks, and payment terminals and ***** went against our agreement and made me lose more than $1000. I then contacted ***** after being strong armed by his team to pay the entire remainder of our broken agreement. My camera was stolen by his security as well. I called him and texted him about my troubles and where I believed he went wrong. He told me he would pay me back some money to make things right. He also said that he wasn't the person to contact, that he was sub-leasing hus spot to someone else, but if that was true I asked then why did I pay ***** directly through Cash app? No answer back. He then went on to answer my calls everyday telling me he would pay me back some money to make amends, he never did. I sent a last message today telling him I would be contacting the BBB and hopefully they will help to make him see reason. Please be cautious when doing business with this man.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have texted the owner after promising to remedy the situation with cashback but now there is no response.
