    I am a firefighter and purchased work pants from Doughboys a few years ago. I went to order (2) new pairs of pants because my other pants are old. The woman asked me if I wanted the same pants and same size as my last purchase, I said yes, except to make the waist a 36 from a 34. I believe I made this purchase in August (the account is saved under my name). I paid that day and picked the pants up a couple weeks later. I put the pants on the morning before work and they were wayyy too long and they were shiny (I held them up to the pants I had purchased from them a few years ago and the new pants were six inches longer). I just assumed they had given me the wrong pants. I brought them to the store to let them know and the woman I spoke with could not have been more rude (and she just had problems comprehending). She just kept telling me they were the right pants and there was nothing she could do because I had left the store with them. I still have the tags on one pair of the pants. The worker kept repeating herself that they were the right pants, I advised they were not and she began raising her voice at me and getting very flustered, to the point where the other woman working with her was making faces at me like she was being completely irrational. These pants are almost $90 each, I'm not looking for a fight or an argument, I just needed some work pants and cannot wear these. She told me she refused to help me and I left the store. She could have taken those pants back and resold them within the week, instead she was extremely rude and refused to offer any solutions for me. Worst customer service I've had in a long time.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I just want my money back and to return these incorrect pants.
