    I got ******** name from the phone book. I paid him on June 2 2022 the sum of $8,600.00 to put in two wall unit air conditioning's, and a new condenser that was fitted on the roof. I shook his hand and gave him the check. Afters six weeks the two air conditioners were not working right. At first I was very patient with him. The longer he worked on it the more frustrated both of us became. He acted like it was my fault that the new air conditioners when not working right. You had to run both air conditioners at the same time in order for one to work.Then the unit in my living room started leaking oil. When I told him about it, he said "oh that's nothing" it will stop. He wipes the oil off the ** and said it was just blowback from the fan. I put a very expensive painting up on the wall again. And waited for him to come up with a solution for running both of them at the same time. When I called him to say the oil leak on my painting he said get a rag and wipe it off. I asked him when he was coming back to fix the units he said I'm on another job now, so I'll see you in 10 day's.All this time he's not listening to what I'm trying to say to him about running both air conditioners at the same time in order for them to have one running cold. I said to him ****** do you realize you have never once apologized for taking six weeks and they still do not working right.     Hello, 

    Regarding the complaint to *******************, our company installed a two zone Mini Split system for his home.  However, while installing the indoor fan coil unit, we attached a small piece of tubing from the wall hung fan coil to the old piping that is inside the wall that goes to the roof.  We had multiple set backs with the system.  Finally I decided to call the manufacturer and get a factory rep involved in which ******************* and I agreed to do.  Now, just to remind you I was in communication with ******************* all this time up until when he literally cut me off and stopped answering his phone. He literally cut communication even though we agreed to deal with a product rep together.  He called me back and said he blocked my number.  I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this issue with **** and he literally said ****** stop emailing me.  I email him again and said Im trying to solve this issue for you and youre not making it easy.  All of this I have in an email, our company have tried multiple times to solve this problem and he has literally and blatantly refuse to let us solve the problem.  He is not a nice person, on one occasion he literally threw money on the floor at the cleaning lady and told her theres your money after she was done.  Nevertheless, after some time yes, he did reach out to me and said lets just resolve this issue and move on,. I said thats fine **** let get it done.  I did call him back during Bostons worse heat wave and within the 10 days he required and again he refuse to answer the phone.  I have all of this on email by the way thank you.
