    They straight up scammed me, sold me a proven defective product and refused to issue a refund. To get it replaced I would have to pay for ridiculous delivery and service fees.

    About 8 months ago I ordered cannabis delivery from zyp, absolutely no complaints with the service. That was the only time I've used their service but since then they have been sending me text advertisements regularly. I've tried to unsubscribe but they keep coming and I block the number but then they just find another number to text me from. I've never used their service since then but have had to block 15 different phone numbers with no signs of them stopping. I don't know if this qualifies as customer harassment but I just want them to leave me alone.

    I have received numerous, unsolicited emails from Zyprun-****** Co. Over a period of several days, I selected "Unsubscribe" several times - to no avail. I have no idead how they acquired my email address.
