    I hired ***************** Nguyen to complete and e-file my tax return and my parents' for 2021 as we had a good experience with his service from last year. Our tax returns were completed on 5/26/2022. Payment in full was sent on 6/13 when he confirmed they were e-filed. I followed up multiple times in July via text and phone calls when neither IRS nor MA DOR has our refund status. ****'s last response on 7/29 was that they are all set. As of today (9/10), IRS nor MA DOR has received our returns. I confirmed by checking Where's My Refund, created accounts on both websites to ensure no return was received and spoke to a live DOR agent. As you will see on the uploaded text messages of the difficult process of getting our tax return completed to following up on return status and payment records. I've also included my boyfriend's text message as he used ***************** year and this year with no issue and he tried to follow up on my behalf. The resolution I'm looking for is for **** to complete e-filing my federal and state return and my parents' state return with confirmation of acceptance from IRS and MA DOR provided. Or refund the money we paid for service which is $450. Thank you for your time on reviewing my complaint.
