    You can't communicate with them without them getting verbally abusive. It is one thing to tow but another to hold someone's property and become hostile. They hang up the phone without answering your questions and when you call back they get nasty. It is incredibly uncomfortable to deal with them without feeling attacked over very reasonable questions.

    Terrible, shady and discriminatory behavior. Illegal tows, falsifying hours. Not 24 hrs they tow in the night just to make up the money with a storage fee. Real people have REAL jobs, who's holding someone's vehicle for hours when they should be able to get it immediately without extra charges! Close this shack down

    I called last night because it says its 24/hr towing on the sign but when you call no one answers and when they finally do answer its to trash talk you and hang up on your face without any details on my vehicle. The girl at the front desk kept declining my call until I started to call private. Thats when a man answers and gives the same rude attitude. I just wanna know where my car is and how to get it out .
