    I signed up to Pure Movement back on September 27th, 2023. When I went to sign up the owner ***** gave me paperwork to fill out regarding my health, address and credit card information. I filled it all out and handed it over to him, he then proceeded to go over the paper and fill out his part. Not mentioning to me at all that this business only does 6 month plans only found out after he reached out to me months after saying I owed him $1000. I was grieving the lost of my significant other and was seeking to better myself as a way to cope with my lost but sadly the gym wasnt the answer and so I stopped attending the gym and ***** never reached out again until now August 2024 saying I owed him $1000. I paid $200 when I signed up and only utilized his gym twice. After the first month was over he never reached out again, my gym membership included detox tea, weekly check in , and he did that the first month that I had paid for when I signed up after the first month he never reached out to me again. If I was on 6 month contact and had to pay him regardless he shouldve been offering me the server or atleast reaching out to let me know. He didnt do his part of our agreement, but worst of it all was that he only put 6 month agreement after I had put my credit card information, I was never made aware it was 6 month program. He claims all his plans are 6 month so that should be clearly written on contact and not written by him after he has clients sign the contract. I feel like I got scammed, *** tried to negotiate a cancellation fee and havent been able to reach a agreement. Ill include my conversation I exchanged with owner that I explained very clearly my conditions and how willingly I am to get this resolved but I want it to be resolved in a fair manner so I really hope you guys can help us reach a agreement.

    I signed up for a detox health service including gym membership, one on one dietary guidance and amenities at the gym. I was told it was a 6 month commitment but not locked in and the owner has not provided the ****************, the gym classes are always different or canceled, the equipment is broken or out of service and the supposed Nutrition guidance is always the same comment. I have complained for 5 months and yet the owner ***** will not stop billing or rectify the situation. I believe this is fraud. I have asked for him to be reasonable and he will not. I am paying for a service that does not exist.

    She received her nutrition program that she signed up for (6 month commitment s contract) that she has & signed . She did not participate and make her self coachable through our daily mandatory nutrition diaries . Which is mandatory for all clients to fill out daily journals & a huge part of the 6 month program thats she signed up for . And was told and repeatedly.. reminded regularly and refused to do . And she is no longer a client and hasnt been a client . Weve been terminated the contract for her .. even though she had a month left of commitment agreement. She is no longer a client & hasnt been now for a while. Thanks
