    *** was supposed to start the job in May 2022 but was having some personal things to deal with and I was ok with it so he began June 13,2022. There were days he wouldnt show up in the morning like he said, Id contact him and he would say he was at the store or whatever. This was ** frustrating to me because I took work off so he would do the job. All I asked for was communication as I know things can come up. He was last at my house June 24, 2022 and he said he would come back because he was missing a connector piece( it was behind our tv so not a big deal to me He also mentioned when he came back to put that on he would remove the old gas wall heating unit ( which was the plan all along as all old heating units were to be removed ) He hasnt come back to this day to do any of it and was paid in full already. *** contacted him multiple times and a few times he said he would be by and never showed or called. *** continued to contact him and he just wont respond. At this time I just want to receive a refund for the removal of the wall unit as Im going to have to pay someone else to have it done and its not fair.
