    this place dose not deserve any star bought my vehicle in October of 2023 and I've had nothing but problems everyone that works here is incredibly rude and ignorant. they should never be allowed to sell another car to any other human being. day after signing the paperwork the engine light came on and brought it back and they "fixed" the issue. this continued 5 more times. 5 separate trips and still nothing. the last time they had it for 3 weeks with minimal communication of what was going on. on the last day of them having my car it was brought to ********* ** to "test it" ****** decided he was going to take my car for a joy ride for his own sake and at 10:30 at night my car was parked at Thiago ****** they were unaware that the car had a air tag in it and as they were creating there own timelines little did they know Ive been watching it the whole time from my phone. this place should be shut down and not be allowed to sell anyone a car from here. i would never recommend this place unless you want your own personal car driven for there own sake while supposed to be getting fixed. i could go on about how bad this place ***** and would never recommend this dealer

    Dear ****,

    I would like to start this response informing the actual fact.

    This customer (****) bought a 2012 chev captiva (a 12 years old car) with over ***** miles. *** car  passed all the safety inspection required by law and also all repairs that was required to be done during the purchase period  was done in a time manner conform the law. *** warranty time is 30 days or 1250 miles which ever comes first.

    ****'s father came February with a concern on the car, we knew MONEY was a problem for her, and I told him, let me look into and i will see what I can do to help you. To try to resolve the problem as fast as we can we sent the car to GMC DEALER for a diagnostic. A week later GMC came back with a diagnostic and we start to work on her car.

    *** problem and disrespect started because was taking longer than she and her family  ( i believe they are specialized in an auto mechanic ) that they expected.

    *** time delay was explained to  ****'S ******* ***** we had to
    diagnostic (made at GMC dealer 1 week  ), then order the parts (special order about 5 business day),
    we had installed the parts ( haven't solve the problems,wrong diagnostic from GMC),  ****** the car for second opinion , Have all fuel system cleaned ( *** boys), finally time to drive and re check to see if the problem was solved. Car needs to be drive about 100 to 150 miles to read monitors.


    1st . Our team treat every customer fairly and respectful, always aim to the satisfaction .  What we can not control is when a customer can't not control THEIR manner and use foul language and have inappropriate behavior towards our employees, just like you did, its unacceptable this kind behavior in our property. But We always treated you fair and polite, there was not a single time that any of our employees use any foul language or mistreated you like you did several times (always swearing )

    2nd : We don't WANT to drive your vehicle(We have vehicles in the lot to drive and our employees also has their personal) , We HAD FORCED TO DRIVE IT between ******* miles in order to have the readiness monitors ready. Unfortunate you don't understand that we CAN'T drive up and down the street to achieve those miles, for a REASONABLE person that's insane. 

    3rd- You were informed that we are going to drive your vehicle ahead before our EMPLOYEE started driving (PLEASE DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T KNOW)


    4th - ADVANCED AUTO SALES wasn't taking any advantage on you otherwise we would charge you all your cost ( diagnostic from GMC, Parts, installation, service and also the RENTAL vehicle that you used for all that time for your personal needs). AND You have NOT payed a ***** out our pocket.

    5th- We new that you been tracking the vehicle since you called ***boys to check the car, also we have nothing to hide from you.

    6th- All of your behavior tantrums, name calling, FALSE REPORTING STOLEN CAR TO THE  ****** POLICE, go into Advanced EMPLOYEE'S HOME at midnight to get your car back all these just to AVOID getting charge for the service provided. (well done)



    We believe this has answer all your questions about and why we are driving your vehicle, 
    Advanced Auto Sales had put effort to trying to take care you even if you can't recognized.
