    Moldguys did mold remediation work in our attic on Jan 31 & Feb 1 of this year. A couple weeks afterwards a rep from the insulation company we are working with through Mass Save came out and discovered ~100 sq ft of attic space which was still covered in mold. In order to move forward with insulation work, we need to have the attic free of mold (not to mention we simply want the entirety of the mold removed given that's what we paid for), so I reached back out to **** at Moldguys to come and take care of the remaining sq ft. After providing him pictures of the affected area he agreed that the area needed to be re-treated, claimed the mold was dead, the spot hadn't been missed (it was very clearly missed), and asked which days were convenient for his crew to come back out. That was March 17th. Since then, and despite repeated attempts to contact him, I've only heard from him twice. Once on March 24 to say his supplier was experiencing supply chain issues and again on April 22 when he told me he had been dealing with family emergencies (eye-roll emoji). So, despite being obligated (based on the contract I signed) to come back to our house and remediate the remaining 100 sq ft of attic space, he's gone awol and ignoring me altogether. As such, I'm currently evaluating my options. If you have mold in your attic and are looking for a contractor to remove it, absolutely do not use Moldguys.

    ****** and his crew are phenomenal! I can't praise them enough. It is not common, in my experience, to have a contractor answer and/or call back within a very short time. ****** keeps you informed of each stage of progress. He has also gone above and beyond the scope of his work in order to help me out. That includes doing things himself or getting some other reliable person to help me. At the end of each day, he and his crew make sure everything is cleaned up even though they may be back the next day and have to do it all over again. I was so worried about my mold issues and he made my anxiety fade away.
