  Work was performed by a very professional crew who left absolutely no mess. Working with Steve was a pleasure. He is very honest, did exactly what he said he'd do and the whole job was done quickly. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a chimney repair/replacement.

  Either my 5-year-old roof or my 25-year-old chimney was leaking like a sieve. After a roofer checked things out, he recommended that I give Steve Kady Masonry a call. I'm so glad I did!
  Steve could see immediately that it was the chimney above the roofline. He and his crew dismantled the old chimney and built a new one in two days. They did a fantastic job, and I love the new chimney! Not only is it way more attractive than the one it replaced, but it also looks like it grew there! They also didn't damage my roof, which was great.
  After getting the chimney buttoned-up and squared away, Steve and his crew came inside and cleaned out any leftover debris and checked the chimney and associated hardware. Remarkable.
  I'm grateful that Steve Kady Masonry was recommended to me. I can't thank them enough!

  Steve and his crew are highly professional, he and his men dismantled my old rotted chimney and replaced it within 4 days. They were diligent and respectful and the work was highly detailed and I’m so glad to have contacted them. They even went above and beyond and repaired a hole they found that allowed air into my attic area. What a great group of guys.

  Steve did a tremendous job rebuilding our chimney. Everything was completed exactly as he described it would be, and the quality and workmanship were outstanding. I recommend Steve Kady without hesitance.

  Steve Kady Masonry had to fully rebuild our fireplace (chimney). From the first call i put into them to get an estimate (which was spot on). My friend up the street had used Steve Kady for a similar job and she could not have been more pleased.
  My experience with them echoes my friend's. They were responsive, accessible, professional, and talented (it is not like you can find experienced masons on every corner). They got the job done in a couple of dayz, and had no issue working while others were at the house also working on things.
  When they were done, they cleaned up and one would never know they had been here - unless you were to look up at my beautiful new chimney!
  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for other Masonry jobs - and i highly recommend Steve Kady Masonry Construction!

  The removal and replacement of a large chimney is a major homeowner investment. The professionalism and workmanship of Steve Kady Masonry Construction is impressive and well-worth the cost. Steve was so responsive to my initial inquiry for an evaluation and estimate of the project. I can't say enough about his excellent communication skills. Steve is a professional, who respects his customer by keeping them informed on the progress of the permitting, work schedule and follow up inquiries. My chimney was completed on budget and on time.
  One local fireplace shop told me, "He's the only mason we recommend." Now, I do too.
  Looking forward to building a roaring fire in winter months to come.

  Steve Kady Masonry recently performed some work for us at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. We had a badly leaking chimney which was becoming detached from the roof. He provided a reasonable estimate and was able to obtain all permits required, to include the Historic Commision, which can be difficult. All work was complete within a day and a half! His crew removed the old and constructed a new chimney to match those within the historic district. Communication was excellent and his whole crew was friendly and professional. They left the site cleaner than when they started! I would highly recommend this team for the incredible work that they did. I will definitely be using them for future projects!

  I’m very happy with my chimney that Steve and his crew rebuilt from the roof line up. The Kady crew did a great job. The four man team worked non stop and had the job done in 2 days. At the end of the second day the property was left spotless and the chimney looked great.
