    VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY ILLEGAL OPERATION GOING ON LETS START BY SAYING IF YOU GO TO THE LOCATION **** **** MOTORS AND SMILE AUTO RENTAL ARE THE SAME BUSINESS YOU SEE ALL THE CRASHED CARS WELL **** **** COLLECTS STORAGE ON SMILE ********* CARS AND THATS ILLEGAL BECUASE HE IS PAYING HIM SELF WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANYS MONEY. HE RENTED MY BF WHO HAS A SUSPENDED LICENSE A CAR FOR MONTHS ON INN AND CHANGED THE RATES AND GOT DOUBLE PAYMENTS AT TIMES HE ALSO ILLEGAL FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON A PAPER WHEN MY BF WITH NO LICENSES CRASHED THE CAR HE SIGNED AS ME STATING THAT I WAS THE DRIVER AND I WAS NOT AND DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS ACTION TO BE TAKEN. WE RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT CAR AND THE ENGINE BLEW MY COUSIN RENTED A CAR AROUND SAME TIME ******* ****** THE REAR BRAKE CALIPER FELL OFF WHILE DOING 85mph on highway by the ***** of god they where able to come to a complete stop he had me as a customer because they where my associates go and recuse them as it was not his problem he left a innocent minors parents with no a/c in that ***** Malibu and told them when they asked for a replacement with a/c on a 90 plus degree day that it builds character so just drive it. **** A.k.A **** ******* Requested a payment last week and I informed him I was at court and when I come out I can meet him to pay him he took it soon him self to follow my wife around and then as she proceeded to go inside *********** to collect my bail money as she was the only one to be able to get it he left my wife to no car coming out and left all her belongings dead center of his business parking lot with no protection of anything he told me when I said my kids are out of school and needs seat tell them wait he is nothing but a coward I payed his rent for months because he cant manage money so he comes to me every time a bill is do very unprofessional and I feel violated and lets sum it up he came back to court house in his car tryna pick my wife up like a prositute
