    I ordered countertops in April of 2023 from *********** to be professionally measured, delivered, and installed. They subcontract a company called Warerite. I have been constantly going back and forth and patiently waiting for my product that I paid in full for in April of 2023. It is now August 2023, and I still have not received what I paid for. I have been given numerous installation dates, taken numerous days and time off of work, only to be told the day of, or if I'm lucky the day before that they have to cancel because their supplier is backordered. Or their suppliers computers are down. Or their truck can't make it out of ****** because of the wildfires. These are just a couple of the numerous different excuses I have been given. To try to appease me and my 4 month wait for my product I paid for, they advised me last week they would come install my island countertop only, not the rest of my kitchen. I was then assured once again that the rest of my product would arrive the following week, and given ANOTHER installation date of Friday August 4, 2023. Now again, they canceled the appointment, back to the original excuse of its backordered. Warerite has been the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. 95 percent of these past 4 months, they've made no effort to keep me updated, only when they're canceling my installation do they contact me. They've actually tried to speak to me like it's my fault and not theirs. I've paid two thousand dollars 4 months ago for a product I have yet to receive. This business or any for that matter should not be allowed to do this to people. They literally can't even keep track of the many different excuses each person tries to give to me. A whole entire summer has literally came and went, that during duration of this whole entire season I have not had an operational kitchen because of these people. I have many pages of emails and text messages and voice-mail to supply upon request.

    the customer was informed of all delays well before there proposed installation dates.

    they were even offered to switch to a more expensive material at no charge to them to help with the supply issues.

    the manufacture ************************** ************* out of ****** had multiple backorders that were beyond our control multiple times.
