    I hired ***** from northeast handyman to gut out my attic and insulate, Sheetrock, spackle and paint. No plumbing involved. He said he could do it and it should only take a few months. He gutted my attic out last October and it is August- no way near finished. He brought in an electrician- who I thought was licensed. I have not heard from him now since June even though I have tried reaching him multiple times. I decided to bring another contractor in and he pointed out how shoddy the work is. This guy even left wires exposed and Sheetrocked around them with wires sticking out of walls and running into another Sheetrocked wall instead of making sure the wires were long enough to run behind the wall. He cut holes 3 times larger than the outlets and half of the electrical does not even work. The spackle is so thick I was told only an electric sander will break through the layers of spackle. The spackle around my skylight is already crumbling. He has basically disappeared leaving me already paying him close to $11,000 and the work he has done- needs to be fixed.
