    I ordered multiple sweatshirts from this company and paid in full. One of the sweatshirts delivered was damaged. I sent a photo of the damaged product to the owner, **** After a bit of back and forth he texted me "we are more than happy to provide you the item that has a minor pull on it for free and we can remake the item on a re-order." When inquiring about my refund for the sweatshirt, *** denied this is what he meant and I now had to select a refund OR a new sweatshirt. At this point, I was frustrated considering that is not what his text said. I gave in and told *** to just send the new sweatshirt so this business relationship can be put to an end. *** obviously wanted to keep arguing and demanded the only way I get a new sweatshirt is if I speak to him on the phone. Given the nature of his email it's clear *** is hot tempered. My husband calls to only have *** hang up on him twice. The owner is unreasonable and hot tempered. I paid for a sweatshirt that is damaged and was told I will be credited. It's simple.

    We have done business recently with this customer for two orders.

    We rushed both orders for her, she was very demanding as well as rude and unwilling to talk on phone.

    The second order she demanded a less then week completion time, which we accommodated her.

    She stated that 1 out of 50 units had a manufacturing defect.  We took her word for the claim and offered to do a single unit replace or apply a credit to the next order. 

    She then responded that she wanted both a credit and replacement. 

    During this process she was rude to me several times and refused to discuss the issue on the phone.

    All I asked was to speak with her instead conversing by text messaging, which to this day still refuses to do.

    She is a repeat customer and has been pleased with previous orders otherwise she would not have reordered.

    Soon as we had an issue with one item, she was rude and refused to discuss by phone conversation

    All we requested was a simple conversation to work out this issue. To this day she refuses to take my phone call.

    We quality check all items prior to sending to customer I can only assume the item was damaged while in the customers possession.

    Considering her unwillingness to speak with me and her consistent rudeness we are no longer offering this courtesy replacement.
