Ive been a customer of ********************** for about 10 years now . As a new customer they checked all fittings /propane lines before installing new tanks to find 3 small leaks and fixed them immediately . Service is on a schedule where they come as needed , never had any issues whatsoever ever . They noticed each 100 gallon tank was starting to get slightly ***** , so they swapped them with new tanks at not cost to me . Everyone Ive dealt with has always been professional as well as a good person / company to work with . *****

We moved into a new home in March of last year. Jaysan contacted us shortly thereafter for a inspection of our systems and tanks. During the initial phone call (with me, a female), we experienced a less than courteous demeanor from the representative. The tone seemed to improve when a male spoke to the company, it did raise some concerns.Following the inspection, we encountered issues with our heating system that were not present beforehand. We called Jaysan they dispatched a technician who diagnosed a problem and said he needed to order parts. After some independent research, we believed the diagnosis might be inaccurate. When we contacted Jaysan to share our concerns, the response was dismissive, and we were discouraged from questioning the technician's expertise.Unfortunately, the subsequent repair attempt did not resolve the problem. We were charged $600 for services and parts that ultimately proved unnecessary. A subsequent service call from a different company identified a minor issue with the pilot light within seconds, fixing the heating stove entirely. The technician from the new company expressed surprise that the initial inspection by Jaysan had not identified this simple issue.Recommendation:Based on this experience, we had our tanks removed to avoid being taken advantage of by this company again. We would NOT recommend Jaysan's services to others.JaySan Gas Service, Inc.
