    I hired Abide to do a cleaning of my apartment for mold as detailed in an inspector's report. Their instructions for preparing the space were unclear and they did a sloppy job. Abides instructions for preparing for cleaning said to remove all small personal items and valuables so they could access large surfaces. I did so, but found some surfaces (like my desk) were not cleaned. Their stated goal was to remove dust and debris within the living spaces. After the first cleaning, I was told that they focused on the walls (with some stains) and floors and large surfaces. I assumed they would be cleaning behind large furniture since dust carries the mold. I found a lot of dust behind a medium sized bookcase. They offered to come back and clean again. I asked if I should clear surfaces and they said no. After the second cleaning, small items were missing and I found a large stained area on a wall that had not been treated. There were no instructions for maintaining the condition. An air test was done after the first cleaning. I was not given the results.
