    I dropped off a package to be shipped. I paid for them to print the label. They took the package and gave me a receipt. Its been almost 3 months and the tracking still says its only gotten as far as printing the label. The company never received the package. So I have yet to get my refund. When Ive called **** They say its not there problem and they must be lying about receiving it. Ive called the store and the customer service. Everyone just keeps sending me to someone else.     We certainly can understand the frusration this customer has. 

    Unfortunately, when a pre-paid label shipment is dropped off at ******* Store, there isn't anything we can do. We Simply put the box or envelope in a pickup area and a *** driver takes it that night.

    As we tried to explain to the customer, we are not ***, the company. We are a small independant business. Clearly, the package was never scanned by *** once it left here so we are not making light of the situation. We simply can't do anything. We would if we could.
