      I requested my car to be towed on 11/15 at 11:34am by ****** Towing. The owner of the company quoted me 108 + 3.13/mile. To which I agreed to seeing that it was cheaper than AAA. My car wasn't towed until 6pm that night. I waited a total of 6 hours for a tow. Falling that I requested an invoice and noticed that I was wrongfully charged. The owner charge me for services that were not provide, or even mention in the quote. I was charge for drop fee back to the original location. My car was never picked for the garage where it was initially charge. The tow company charge me for using an another company that I never authorized by me to tow the car. It was them who services that car/tow. They also added an $50 winch fee which was not discussed. Overall, with a 6 hour wait, and being charge twice, and hidden fees when calling for a quote is why I am requesting a refund. I have pictures, and invoice that I am waiting for to provide as evidence

      Hello, Im sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We do not charge $3.15/ mile. We charge $108 hook up fee. And $3.60/ mile round trip. And if a winch is necessary we charge a $50 winch fee. The total miles for the job you requested came to a total of 26. Your vehicle also required a winch. So the grand total would have been $251.60. But we rounded down and charged $250.00 flat. You requested the job at 11:34 am and we told you we would be able to pick it up as soon as we had a driver available. We confirmed with you at 3pm that we would have a driver available at 5pm, all too which you said okay too. We charged you a tow from where your vehicle was picked up, to where your vehicle was dropped. We did not charge from another garage. And this job was completed by our company, Felipes towing, we did not contract another company for this job.

      ****** lied about the services provided and then proceed to supply a false statement to the BBB. The message attached shows the conversation that was had with ****** towing.  The call at 3p was update on when the tow would arrive they stated 5pm, tow did not arrive until 630 pm. Then per the message I was charged another  tow from the shop. I would like to report this to the ** of *************.

      We did not lie at any point. The very screenshot you provided in your last statement explains exactly how we charged the tow, and how we rounded down. We did not charge you for gas . And we did not charge you for tax.  Also, what other garage are you claiming that we charged you from. I am very confused on that claim. We did not *************** besides from the pickup and drop off locations provided by you.

      im not going argue. I reject this response. Evidence suggest other
