    This company is horrible. I bought my house in 2021 and the previous owner build an elevator in the house. the elevator consistently breaks and every time they come out they charge over 500. Well the last time they came out, they never fixed the problem and charged about 500. I never got the bill as it went to my ex husband who was the contact on the account. When I got the letter in the mail saying they terminated the contract and I immediately called them to find out why, and was told as I owed them over 500 for work that was done a year ago. Apologized profusely and asked to pay right now over the phone, they said they do not take credit cards and it is too late and find another elevator company. It was incredibly unprofessional, and ************ to be treated in this manner, knowing it was a misunderstanding and wanting to make things right. Do not use this company, as they not only overcharge but very unprofessional and rude!
