Joshua C who owns Complete Comfort on 27 *************, *********** ** is the worst HVAC guy you could possible hire. He acts like he's a good guy who is trying to help you out but he is trying to rip you off. This man came to my house to put in a new boiler, he left trash in my driveway, the old boiler in my basement, new boiler leaking, and heat not working. The heat was not working because Josh who claims to have many licenses and 29 of experience in the heating and cooling field did not know how to pipe a boiler correctly even with the blue prints in the manual. It was piped backwards so the water wasn't flowing correctly, also he never put in an air release valve so I kept getting air in the line. He tried to use a lot of old parts and play them off as new. After doing such a poor job Josh expected me to give him $6,000 after 2 hours for work that was wrong. Even after getting his money he sent a text to my girlfriend threatening her, me, my 2 year old daughter, and my 3 month old son and was looking for more money. He never came back to fix or clean up the mess he made in the beginning and he left me and my family in the cool. I would never recommend Josh C to do any work for you because he is unqualified, unskilled, and an unpleasant person to deal with.

I had an outdoor AC condenser installed on 6/30/2020 by ***************************** DBA Complete Comfort. I paid $2,900 for the job total. This is the quote from the contractor "This quote is to change old condenser with a new Payne 4 ton 13 seer condenser. All materials included. The Payne condenser comes with a ten year manufacturers warranty. I will give any labor for the same ten years of the warranty. "The issue I am currently having is that I recently noticed that the screws that are used to bolt down the internal compressor have recently sheered off/stripped and now the AC compressor is moving around and at risk for further internal damage. I have contacted this contractor on: 1st contact about this issue on April 21st 2022. Contractors response" That should be done from the factory, and that must be something the factory didn't do"2nd contact April 28th 2022: Contractor states " I will gladly come put the bolts in"3rd contact May 14th 2022: Contractor came to my home and told me "Keep using the unit, I ordered new bolts. Nothing they stock because its such a random thing"4th contact June 21st 2022: I messaged the contractor asking when the screws would be in and when it would be fixed. The contractor stated " I might see if I can find something at *********** ill let you know soon" I asked the contractor "didn't you order then from an HVAC supply company 1 month ago"? It is now September 6th 2022 and I have not heard anything back from this contractor. I paid $2,900 for this investment to my home and the contractor has no intentions of coming to fix it. I contacted another HVAC company and they told me to properly fix the unit it would be $2,000-$3,000. I do not want ********** bolts to fix my $2,900 investment. I am not sure if this is a manufactures defect or if it was faulty installation on Complete comfort??

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Hello, I recently filed a complaint #********. I was contacted by the Company Owner ***************************** and he said he would come over and quote "Put those 3 useless bolts in for you". The issue is that just putting three bolts in will not fix the issue. I have a 3rd company come out to my house and I was told that the whole unit would have to be taken apart and flipped over and new holes would have to be drilled for the bolts to secure the unit properly.

    Sincerely,

    *************************************
