    Today I called and received quote for specific product and model (Stihl RB-800 power washer)advised ******* (manager) that I would arrive with 30minutes to complete purchase. Arrived in 20 minutes and was told they made mistake and was advised that they had mis-quotedthen advised that the model requested would be $500 more dollars. Then was shown a Stihl RB-600 product that was lower level model that was dirty and advised it was available at original quoted list pricemanager even indicated they could pull one from stocknew in box. Requested a new unit and when unboxed it was infested with mice/rat nest, visible rust and was in poorer condition than the dirty unit originally shown. Upon inspection I indicated that I would purchase the dirty unit and the manager ******* said you know what, get out of here! I am not going to sell you anything.I have been loyal custom of Mayer Power Products in ***** for more than a decade. I will NEVER be treated with this level of disrespect and contempt by any VENDOR. Would appreciate ownership response on how they align my experience with their corporate values. If no response received, I will gladly share my poor experience on every platform and every venues available. Simply unacceptable behavior from a local business! ****** Mayer I await your call/response.
