    The gentleman provided translation services but refused to identify his business as the translating party. so he refused to provide a document that certifies that is was done correctly and by an accredited business. as the document ask that the business provide signature and confirmation that said business certifies that it provide the service and charged the customer for it. if they don't sign off it would be considered void. Not only that after several attempts to explain the process and his unwillingness to understand he then claims that I tried to intimidate him with my tone. as he proceeded to scream profanities through the phone. not only was he unprofessional but very determined to commit what would be considered to be fraud.

    This response addresses a complaint submitted to the BBB regarding our business.

    We provided a service to one of our clients and clearly communicated all terms, conditions, and guidelines associated with the service before proceeding with any work on the documents. Our client agreed to these terms and conditions.

    This afternoon, at approximately 4:20 PM, we received a call from an unidentified individual claiming to represent our client. She did not introduce herself, but stated that she worked for the city and that they needed the document notarized. She proceeded to ask questions about the service and what needed to be done, speaking loudly and making demanding requests. We responded professionally, explaining that we could only discuss any concerns or questions with the client directly, as she was not our client and we had no way of verifying her identity.

    We also informed her that all client information is confidential. Her response was aggressive and very intimidating. We reassured her that our business operates within the legal framework, following state guidelines and regulations. We made it clear that we would not be intimidated, as we are conducting our business according to the law, not based on her demands.

    She became even louder and more confrontational. We asked her to have our client contact us directly, so we could address any concerns. She then became very angry and, in an intimidating tone, said she would be coming to the office soon. At that point, we considered contacting the ******* Police should she arrive and cause a disturbance or display aggression.

    We stand by our business values and standards, which are in full alignment with Massachusetts laws and regulations.
