    I would give -1 if I could. I used this company two times without any real issues for junk removal after moving into my home, and then for construction debris. They were rapid and timely. I think that they might have changed management after the first time, because their approach to business changed completely. I have found by reading online reviews that they have established a pattern. They will offer you a deal on landscaping or a junk removal deal. I pain for both of these, and then they remarked they had a problem with their accounting team, and asked me to pay again, so that they could refund me by check. I never received the check. When I asked for a third job to be done, they asked for $285 dollars to supplement to cost of the weight of the materials, but then canceled the job I already paid for. They said this was because I would not pay an additional $200 to cover a refund that I they would bring to the job. The person I communicated with on these last two jobs has tried to shame me by calling this a "measly" $200 dollars, and also remarking that I "want a job done for free" when I have already paid for it. I am ashamed that I fell for this scam, and I will not see my money again, I am sure. I only hope to keep other people from falling for this fraudulent activity. This person has no shame.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have heard from another complainant who has started legal proceedings, but the court has been unable to find him.

    I paid $299 for landscaping special I was offered through a coupon via text. I paid the $299 via ****** pay. However, 1 week prior to my appointment May 17th. They contacted me via text indicating that a pass for the services did not generate and requested that I pay again. Long story short they never completed the job and have failed to refund my money after several attempts of contacting them. They have now stopped responding to my text and have not refunded me for the services I paid. I am looking to be refunded still.

    This business uses deception to trick people into purchasing additional landscaping services that they never deliver. I had used this company for junk removal and they offered me a special landscaping deal. After paying upfront and scheduling my first service, they had an excuse for missing the appointment. They had an excuse for missing the next two appointments too. When I asked for a refund because no landscaping services had been made, they agreed but they never sent me a check. I called repeatedly and each time I was given another excuse like the check was in the mail or something was wrong with the accounting department. I sent them $799 via Zelle on Nov 20, 2022 and I still have not been reimbursed and they no longer answer my calls. Looking at reviews online I see others have complained about delayed refunds too. I wish i had checked those sooner. I was trying to be supportive of a small business and now I feel like I have been scammed. Im seeking a refund for the landscaping services that they never provided and agreed to refund.
