      We used this service to take a large group to and from the **** lacrosse national championship at *******. I left my sunglasses in the limo and emailed them about getting them returned. I received an email back from **** telling me they found them and the driver was bringing them back to the office. I sent him my address and provided him with a *** Ex number to pay for the shipping. A week goes by and nothing. I follow back up and he says he'll call me back. It's now been a month and they've gone dark. Basu and owner, *** *****, are ****** and I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with them.

      If you like being stranded in a parking lot for hours, these are the guys to call. Terrible experience to say the least.
