      On July 29, 2024 I sent my 17 year old son to Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed. He came back with a receipt of ******. He told me he was advised by the employee at Jiffy Lube that the car needed a new air filter, cabin filter and that the fluids should be drained and replaced. He had the air filter replaced (*****) and the cabin filter replaced (*****). He did not have the fluids replaced as advised. When he came home I told him these were all replaced less than 6 months ago and were not necessary. I have the receipt from the company who performed these services. I feel he was taken advantage of because of his young age. I am only seeking a refund on the two items that were not needed.

      On November 18, 2023, I took my Cadillac Escalade to Jiffy Lube for a replacement of spark plugs and wires. Manager ******************* estimated a completion time of 1.5 to 2 hours, but after waiting for 5 hours, they have claimed that the job was finished. Upon driving home, my car experienced severe issues. I have made an appointment to a dealership for a diagnostic. A dealership's diagnostic revealed that Jiffy Lube cross-threaded spark plugs in the cylinder head, requiring a $3,000 repair. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received a clear response from Jiffy Lube regarding payment for the vehicle repair.

      On 2/06/23 brought a 2011 ***** for an oil change at ******* miles. *** next oil change was at ******** tire and the first thing they ask was who did the last oil change because they stripped the drain plug and oil pan threads. ******** tire could not use the same size bolt so they put a longer bolt in for a temporary fix.comment on ******** tire receipt say replace oil pan next oil change.jiffy lube is denying the did anything wrong.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

      I got a call from jiffy lube and they are not taking any responsibility for the damage done to this vehicle. I have ask for a copy of there diagnostic on this car after they reinspected this vehicle.As of today I have not received any documentation on there inspection.
