    On January 26, 2025 I paid Perdomo Remodeling $4100.00 to install 2 new toilets, reattach an exhaust in my basement, install a new garage door with a new door opener and key pad or reattach the old garage door opener with a new key pad. The issue is the garage door. I waited from January/February until May for the new garage door to installed. I got tired of waiting and informed the contractor that I was listing my house for sale without a new garage door. My house sold and I want $3000.00 back as a refund for not having a new garage door installed before the house was sold. The contractor has told me he will refund a portion of the $4100.00 but he keeps giving me excuses as to why he is not giving me a refund. I am permanently moving to ******* on July 28, 2025. I want my reimbursement before I permanently relocate.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    I just want to add that I am 68 years old and feel this business is trying to take advantage of me at this point! This  business needs to respond to this complaint! I want to be refunded was is rightly mine! That is $3000.00! This business has had more than enough time to respond to this complaint! This business needs to be held accountable! Am I going to be forced to take legal action against this business?

    We hired ******************************* to redo our front entry way, replace our front door, and redo our front porch and stairs. He took almost all moneys over time, but did not complete job. All he has done is put tile and paint. Basically not answering calls or texts. We are very upset as we have heard many excuses which we have all documented through texts. He was supposed to come on the 9th after many weeks of pushing back, and now he will not answer his phone or texts. We are afraid he took our money and will not complete job.
