      I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. 
      I want to add that this matter could have settled long ago. I just received my refund a few minutes ago, and that I thank my insurance provider the BBB as well as ******** for their help regarding solving this ********* glad its settled.

      Dominhile ******g my new dental rider program mail with my new dental card. I called Alpha Dental to inform them of the new change and stated to them that the copayment that I made to them in the amount of $859 would have to be refunded because everything has to be done all over again because of the new type of dental rider that I have, there's not going to be copayment needed for the dental procedures that are needed. The money has not been refunded for dental services that are needed. I notified my insurance of the situation. On February 24th of last month I sent an email to Alpha Dental explaining the situation regarding my new dental rider and asked for my copayment to be refunded. I was informed that I would receive my refund but it would take 2 to 3 weeks to process which doesn't make sense. To this date, I havent received my refund. Ive sent several emails asking when I will receive my refund my emails are being ignored. All I want is my $859 refunded.I will not be returning to Alpha Dental.

      I would like my x-rays sent over to another dental office. I filled out the release form and when I told her the reasoning she then started being passive aggressive and stated shes going to wait 30 days before sending over my documents. My teeth have been in extreme pain ever since the dentist worked in my teeth and I need to be seen by another dentist as soon as possible. Also, when I asked for a copy of my documents in addition she did not give me a copy. She has yet to get back to me on my medical documents.

      .In response to the patient grievance regarding the release of her records, we would like to address the matter thoroughly. Ms. ********************** has been under our care as a patient since July 2024, and we have consistently strived to deliver comprehensive dental services to her.


      Upon ********************** recent request for the release of her records, our receptionist promptly initiated the process by sending the release form via email, along with a request for its completion and return. It was made clear to ****************** that our office complies with the regulatory requirement of a 30-day release period. Despite her request for immediate release, our office protocol dictates that the manager adheres to the regulatory timeframe, and the records were released swiftly.


      We would like to confirm that the records were duly released within ********************************************************************************************************************** our interactions with patients and in managing their records....        Thank you
