      My father opened a account for my teenage daughter in 2011....he recently got sick i was trying to go through his financial records... according to his bank statements he is still paying 21 its taking out of his checking account I called work out world I asked when was last time someone used they told me 2013 was last time ...I tried to ask how this is possible??? I called his bank they can't help ..my dad gets less than 1000 a month in s.s. this is terrible any help?

      Good Morning!

      We are more than happy to cancel this agreement with nothing further due, and refund up to three months of dues. As our memberships are not based on usage and have a cancellation policy at this time we are would not be able to refund going back to the last check in for Olivia.

      To complete the cancellation and three month refund we would need to confirm that the agreement we found based on Kim's information is indeed correct.

      The fitness club keeps trying to withdraw fees from my account though I canceled in the beginning. They also did not email me the contract for up to 5 days and the contract did not reflect what I agreed to. I have no attended any session and canceled immediately.

      We are happy to assist.

      We have researched ****************** account. ************** is in a 12-month term membership. ************** may cancel due to move, medical and or $59 buyout. Proof of move and or medical is required. ************** indeed sent his written cancellation notice to *** Fitness on 3/14/24 however it was not sufficient. Therefore ****************** cancellation was not complete. 

      ****************** received a copy of his membership agreement on 2/1/24 as ************** joined online. 

      Currently ****************** account is past due. $147.97. We have waived all late and service fess brig the balance to $99.97. ************** may utilize the buyout $59.00 to cancel his membership.

      I recently pulled my credit and seen WOW recently put an account of mine that I cancelled on my credit report. When this issue occurred and WOW contacted me I told them I cancelled my membership and this was cleared up i still owed a month at that time because of the timing of canceling my membership. That was all cleared up however they just recently had this applied to my credit as negative credit for $74 when I cancelled the membership and the person who handled didn't put it through but then got it re-cleared up and now you put on my credit. I want this removed from my credit and to have ******************** who work out world placed this with to be removed off my credit, as this information is inaccurate and was cleared up multiple times already. I have attached a image from the credit report
