      Wonderful, over the years , zi have found her to be a compassionate listener .she always has notedfrom previous concerns from my last visit to see how those concerns were addressed , and how things put in place were working.and if anything needed before we started new issues . It lets me know that my concerns were also hers. I feel like she is my safe place to say anything Without judgement .and it makes it so much *********. say exactly what I need to discuss. I am grateful to have her . Her staff is also kind and accommodating & always return calls in a timely fashion and are very patient and helpful in resolving any issue I need addressed. I have no complaints. I have been to many doctors over the years and realize what this practice offers and Ivwoulnt change a thing! Some people think a Doctor is God, they are not. Mine is human. But she helps me set goals and always helps me to achieve my best results.. I am grateful to have all. Ifthem in my corer. Dr. ********* , to me.. priceless!.

      Currently I have been trying for over 24 hours to get a simple prescription update from my PCP. (I really like my PCP as a person, which is the ONLY reason I am still a patient of Prima Care, her office is understaffed, and she does her best with the tools at her disposal) Left two phone messages yesterday, one over the office voicemail (they never answer the phone) one with an actual human who answered the Prima Care main phone number. I normally communicate with my PCP via messaging on the Patient Portal. Randomly my PCP is not showing on my list of people I can send messages to. Tried calling the Patient Portal Helpdesk phone number a few times yesterday, no answer. Even the voicemail for the help desk states, Due to call volume we might not be able to get back to you. Or something along those lines. So, I cannot speak to my PCP, I cannot speak to her office, I cannot speak to the Helpdesk to get help with the Patient Portal having issues. In other complaints, whenever I go in for an appointment I spend a minimum of 1 hour for a check-in appointment, and maximum I have spent 3.25 hours for a simple check-in appointment. Before you get testing done like an MRI or Ultrasound, they make you pay a huge chunk of the bill prior to even receiving the services. Got an MRI done in *************************************************************** and they still snuck in a MRI reading fee that was not disclosed to me prior. If you can find another doctor outside of Prima Care, I HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place. Esp. If you have customer service standards like me. Because trust me, Prima Care will let you down 99% of the time.
