    In June I had four tires done to my vehicle along with an alignment At first I didnt not notice damage when I went to go look under my car I noticed That the pinch ***** were crushed in Due to improperly lifting of the vehicle causing damages to my vehicle. Upon noticing I Immediately went to Henrys tire w my vehicle and spoke with one of the owners **** , he went underneath the vehicle and took pictures and told me was going to speak with is brother the other owner who was not there because he was on vacation. **** told me not to worry that he would handle the situation as days and weeks went on i never received a call so I called them to ask if it was ok to use one of my body shops that I deal with **** told me that is fine. I went to my body shop got a quote of ****** I returned back the same day to Henrys and gave him the copy of the quote to ****. Days and weeks went on again not hearing anything I called Henrys back to get an update once again to find out **** was on vacation but the other owner ***** was there but couldnt come to the phone so i left a message asking to return my call. Moments later I did Receive a call but not from ***** it was The manager ****************** to me That my quote for my body shop was too high. He said they had another body shop who do the job for half of the cost I told ***** No I prefer to use my own body shop since its my vehicle That I want to use someone I can trust they didnt agree with the terms and wont help me I hope bbb can help me with this matter thank you

    The Customer came in and we changed Tires as stated.  About 6 weeks later customer returned and stated that there was damage to the vehicle.  I am not stating that the damage was previously there or not because I do not have knowledge of that.  The vehicle was looked at by an employee at ******* Tire.  Customer returned with an estimate for repair from a Body Shop.  After reviewing estimate, we had called a couple additional reputable auto body shops for estimates on repairs.  After informing customer that we had estimates that were about 30% less than the estimate he had brought in.  One of the managers at ******* Tire had called customer and stated that we would have damage repaired at a reputable body shop that ******* Deals with regularly.  The Customer was going to get back to us with his decision about matter and about being repaired.  Very soon after, Customer decided to go on social media to state that we were not going to do anything about it and that no one should ever Use our repair shop.  This was not the case.  ******* Tire was willing to repair vehicle.
