      Tours was Sunday February 16th at 8pm in ********, **. Confirmation CAA044 This business falsely claimed to have contacted us and another group before the tour and communicated to the tour guide that we would like to continue with the tour. The tour was held completely outdoors in negative temperatures and we had children with us. Neither of the groups were aware the tour was all outdoors and both would have cancelled. The tour guide also commuted 2 hours in dangerous road conditions. We also paid for an extended tour and the tour guide was unaware. We did not receive the extended tour and adult had to retrieve a vehicle so the kids could warm up. The hour and 30 minute tour ended after 50 mins some after 35 that left for the vehicle. The company has told me 4 times now that management will contact me and no one does. I believe they misrepresented our wishes and they should be reprimanded for that much at least. Also, conducting tours outside in negative temperatures is negligent.

      We booked a ghost tour in ******* and less than 2 hours before the tour they texted to cancel because they dont want to have a guide for 2 people. Will not refund full amount. We are out money because they didnt want to hire a tour guide for only two people. Unacceptable, awful experience.

      On vacation and bought 12 tickets to Ghost Tour for July 19, 2024. Called about cancellation BEFORE buying tickets because the policy seemed strict. I bought tickets last minute after they assured me the tour would not be cancelled. We arrived early as requested and waited and waited - all 12 of us plus 6 others. No tour guide arrived. I called and they offered another tour, but we were leaving the next day. Unacceptable. They offered a refund after a lot of back and forth communication. Text communication attached. They never processed the refund. Now they are claiming no refund allowed. While we were waiting some locals said the tour does this periodically. They sell tickets for every single day. If they can't find a tour guide, they cancel and keep the money. No refunds are allowed. Most people have plans on other evenings of their vacation. This person said they realize most people can't go another day and probably won't fuss. If people do fuss, like I did, they offer a refund. However, they never processed the refund. They have seen a lot of disappointed, upset people which is sad - people are on vacation and looking to relax - not be taken advantage of.

      I was supposed to have a ghost tour with 2 of my friends. I was contacted the day of the tour by the company and they canceled the tour. They stated I could go to another tour in another state, another time. I said it wasn't possible. I had company in from *********, I am from *****, **. It wasn't feasibly going to happen and I needed a refund. They have yet to refund my money over 3 weeks later.

      I had a response from the business stating they would refund my money and it had yet to be done. It had been weeks.  That last email was on March 26th. It has not been credited to my credit card.
