    I ordered a product with from this company over a month ago. I received a confirmation email that said I would receive another email once the item shipped. The item has never shipped. The website gave no indication that the item was out of stock, or that the company was not shipping for any reason, or that shipping times are typically this long. I have contacted them multiple times per week via email, their website contact form, and by telephone to find out what has happened to this order and if it is ever going to ship. I have had absolutely no reply or acknowledgement of my inquiries. If the company is no longer in business or not currently shipping orders, they should at least reach out and inform me of this fact instead of just completely ignoring me.

    The item the customer ordered is behind schedule and  backordered due to the national labor shortage.. The customer was never charged anything for the order. We NEVER charge anything until an order is shipped. It is unknown why the customer did not receive the email responses to their inquiries.  The customer never paid us anything, so there is nothing due to the customer.  Since the customer is unsatisfied with our delivery times, the order has been cancelled. This should bring this matter to a conclusion.
