      My name is ***** ******, I am the father of **** ****** who received orthodontic services at Mckenna & Caban Family Orthodontics in **********, *************. The service provided was to install braces for my son. I have been making payments to the business over the year towards the balance for this service and now that the balance has been paid, I am requesting a receipt of payment from the business. To date, all my requests for receipt of payment have been ignored. I have previously reached out to the business by phone several times and spoken to at least 3 different representatives about my request but keep getting the run-around and promises of a call back that never happen. I am told each time that there may be an issue with the billing and someone will look into it and get back to me. I am provided no clarity or information into what the potential issue may be. I am asking the BBB to help with this issue. These are large sums of payments for an expensive service, and I certainly do not appreciate how I have been ignored to date. I hope the BBB can help with this. Thanks in advance.
