    I absolutely love this place! The owner, I cant remember her name I think it was Janet was so kind and caring. She gives lots of helpful information. The two that were helping each other feed their babies were so nice to me it was the lady with the curly hair in a pony tail and the guy with the blond and black hair. Super friendly! Not to mention the younger girl, Lily! She used to be my server and then she moved to the bird emporium so her and I already know each other well! We called before going in for hours and information about our littles. She answered my phone call almost immediately and was able to answer all of my questions except for one. She made sure I had the best information so she went to grab the manager to answer one of the questions. Lots of birds and its so nice being able to see all the different ones. Friendliest staff ever! Lots of signs saying not to touch birds out of the cage or in the cage so honestly if someone gets bit then that's on them! Read the signs, ask for help, ask for information and there will be no problems in the slightest! Definitely will be back!

    This place is fantastic . They care so much for their babies and lovingly hand feed them until they wean on their own, they do not force them. Customers can come in and bond with their baby until it is ready to go home. The place is clean and beautiful inside. The owner, Janet, is simply fantastic! Kind Regards,*****

    I could not be happier with the professionalism and personal care all of the women working at this location put into their daily efforts caring for these birds. You cannot get this kind of care at any old pet store. This is not a pet store. Birds are cared for here and I cannot stress that enough. Walking through the establishment you can see the individual care and personal relationships the staff put into each bird from hatchling to when they are taken home. The end result when you take the bird home shows the difference between any old pet store and a location like this that hand raises, hand feeds, and cares for each bird personally as they develop. It brings about a total different type of bird relationship than other places. If you want to spend your money knowing a big business isnt just selling you a product, but rather a caring individual is working with you to create a bond with an animal and makes sure you are educated and set up for success to do so, then this is the location you should go to. Any bird lover walking in can see this.
