    On Monday August 5, 2024 at approximately 8:35 pm I went to Dairy Queen on ************ in ************** and placed an order at their drive-thru. My order was for 2 Medium Blizzards, I pulled up to the window and handed my debit card to the woman and she said $25.25 as she took my card and proceeded to scan it and I asked her ITS $25.25 for TWO BLIZZARDS? She replied you ordered FOUR (4) I replied No maam I didnt, I ordered Two (2)She then said I read the order back to youI replied Im at the drive thru, its crackly, there are cars running, Im sorry I didnt hear you but I definitely only ordered 2 as its just my ********* The woman who it turns out is the Manager (*****) I believe that is her name said you will need to purchase all four ice creams and I said No, I only ordered 2 and I will buy the 2 I ordered.. The woman continued to go back and forth with me insisting I couldnt purchase just 2 Out of pure frustration I then said if I cant buy just the two I ordered I will not buy any of them. I then drove off to home only to see that my debit card had in fact been scanned and the $25.25 was pending in my bank account. I checked my account for the following 48 hrs and it still showed as pending so I assumed it would eventually disappear and the debacle would be put to rest. This am 08/08/24 the $25.25 has since cleared my account! My wife went to speak to the Manager in person this evening after work and spoke to the teenage assistant manager, explained what took place and another employee who was present on Monday night when this all took place stated THE MANAGER WAS MAKING MISTAKES ALL DAY THAT DAY AND SHE DOESN'T LIKE TO BE WRONGThe young assistant manager was very kind she had to reach out to the manager and the Managers response was I cant credit or reverse the charges on their card and besides HE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND DROVE AWAY She did not give me a receipt? No ice cream, $25.25-please help. Thank you

    *** initially reached out to us on 8/9/24, we responded to the fan directly and forwarded their concerns to the independent franchise owner of that restaurant.  We have documented their additional concerns and responded to the fan directly.
