    I had my driveway repaved in May of 2021 and was guarantied that water would not be coming into my garage. In December of 2021, I reached out to the company since I had water coming into the garage. They showed up late spring of 2022 and did a repair by building up the tarmac in front of the garage door. They told me I would need to have a grate put in to divert the water. The build up of tarmac did not work and part of it crumbled within a week of being done. I had 3 other companies come look at the issue and was told by all that I did not need a grate put in. The grading of that area of the driveway was not correct and needed to be redone correctly. I have been in constant contact with them since December of 2021 to try and get this fixed. In early spring of 2023, I have had many conversations with them and was promised it would be fixed. They were to come the last 2 weeks to fix it and never showed nor called. I am constantly being put on the bottom of their list of work. In the meantime my garage keeps getting water in it and will eventually damage the garage floor. I want the repair done and done correctly. I also told them that I would have some one else fix the issue and I would send them the bill. I was assured they would be here the week of 9/11/23 to do the work. Never called or showed up. I know weather plays apart in their work flow, but this is ridiculous that more than 2 years have gone by and the issue has not been fixed.

    Owner of the company came by this morning to address the issue.  Plan is for the company to come by the end of the week or the beginning of next week to fix the problem.  Waiting for a call to set a date for the fix.
