I was offered a coupon to sign up for email and SMS, it did not work. I asked few others to use their credentials and at checkout it did not work (all different emails and phone numbers) It did not work! I contacted customer servia via email and I was told there was nothing they can do about it. It appears this is a SCAM to make you sign up by offering something they dont mean to offer. We live in a digital world, links have the applied discount attached do not school people how to use a coupon, fix the problem or stop lying to people.

On February 15, I made a purchase of $145. Couple of weeks later I want to check on the parcel and it said that it went back to sender due to incorrect address. When I contacted them, I received a response that I didnt ensure the package and they are not responsible for it. When I filed a dispute with my credit card, they told me that they can resolve this problem if I cancel my dispute. I canceled my dispute and they didnt do anything about it. I wrote numerous emails and contacted them on ********. As of now, I didnt receive any response.Marcella NYC

I placed an order on 8/31/24. I paid for expedited shipping, the money for my order has been removed from my account. Its been four days and I still havent received any updates with my order. When I try to track or check for updates there is no information as if my order doesnt exist. I received an error message and is told to contact the company. I have sent 4 emails and no response but an automated message response. This company is a scam. I know the holiday was Monday ( Labor Day) but I have ordered several things and already have received two of my orders. With this company I havent even received any updates.Marcella NYC

I've ordered clothing from this company for 4 years now, gradually shifting nearly all my clothing to this brand. They have always been swift to communicate, whether about an order, a question, or changes to their philanthropic program benefitting underpriviliged girls. Aside from the fantastic service and good cause, the clothing is superior quality, and I love the fabrics and styles. I couldn't believe the low price point they offered for the quality that's so rare to find with even high end designers. (This value really seals the deal for me.)Some of my favorite items: Georgia pants, Brighton faux leather pants, Barrow dress, and all their t-shirts and jeans!
